✈️The travel industry isn't just my passion: it's my playground!

For 15+ years, I've experienced tourism's rich diversity and evolution - from Tour Operators (TO), Travel Agencies (TA), and Destination Management Companies (DMC) to Online Travel Agencies (OTA), hotels, and marketplaces.

What drives me forward?

🎯Taking on challenges and finding creative ways to help businesses grow. I love diving into business development, strategic planning, sales optimization, pricing, yield management, and marketing. There's something special about seeing strategies come to life and make a real difference.
I enjoy finding the optimal alignment between organizational goals and market demands - whether through sales strategies, pricing models, or marketing campaigns that create genuine connections.

💻 Over the years, I've embraced technology as a powerful ally. I work with CMS, PMS, Channel Managers, ERP systems like Tourplan, in-house platforms, and GDS solutions like Amadeus.

Digital marketing is another area where I love to experiment - from SEO and SEA to social media and website creation. I keep pushing forward with tools like Power BI and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude) to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Team collaboration means everything to me. I use tools like Workplace, Teams, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, and Slack to keep everyone connected and projects moving smoothly, whether we're working in person or remotely.

🤝 Being proactive, organized, and adaptable comes naturally in an industry that's always moving. My goal is simple: help travel companies thrive in this evolving landscape. Whether it's improving operations, strengthening customer relationships, or building sustainable growth, I'm here to help travel industry players move forward with confidence.
